We compile real estate appraisals for properties located throughout Germany and in other European countries.
It is our many years of experience gained in the appraisal divisions of banks and leasing financiers that has brought us together. Over 30 years of professional experience form a solid foundation for our firm of real estate experts, which maintains offices in Landshut and Hohenbrunn (Munich Rural District).
We appraise properties of all types, with particular focus placed on the determination of their market and mortgage-lending values. In addition to residential properties of various sizes, office buildings and business premises, we have also developed specialist expertise in the fields of business premises used for production and storage purposes and operator-managed real estate (e.g. care homes and hotels).
We received the public appointment for appraisal of real estate by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (Industrie- und Handelskammer for Niederbayern in the city of Passau). We are certified real estate appraisers for financial purposes (HypZert F) and members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
In addition, there are memberships in HypZert committees and in Valuation Boards for Bavarian districts.
